Job Summary
Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency while maintaining calm during high-volume periods. Support hiring, training, and coaching of associates, and coordinate daily activities to support smooth workflow and service levels. Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards. Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage, and support department sales, budgeting, and expense management. Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners. Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities. Requires flexible availability including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
