Job Summary
Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service, operational consistency, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of associates while managing ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage. Coordinate daily activities to maintain smooth workflows during high-volume periods and execute company programs and policies. Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners. Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities. Maintain calm, consistent operations during peak times and support department sales, budgeting, and expense management. Flexible availability including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays required.

- Store systems, ordering tools, and basic computer applications
- Ability to review department performance, inventory, and operational trends
- Ability to train, coach, and support associate development
- Ability to organize and coordinate daily work activities
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
