Directs daily café operations for the Starbucks inside Macy’s, ensuring safe, professional, and profitable operation while upholding Starbucks brand standards and Macy’s Foods Division expectations. Leads and coaches the team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintains compliance with health and safety standards, ensures consistent food and beverage quality, manages labor productivity, inventory, ordering, and cash handling, and supports sales, cost control, and profitability goals. Collaborates with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and fosters an inclusive, respectful environment for colleagues and customers.
