Job Summary
Lead daily café operations for the licensed Starbucks location inside Macy's, ensuring compliance with Starbucks, Macy's Foods Division, and Health Department standards for safety, sanitation, and product quality. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling connection standards and managing team performance through coaching, feedback, and role modeling. Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling while monitoring labor productivity and sales reports to achieve profit and loss goals. Maintain a clean, professional environment and resolve customer concerns in partnership with store leadership. This full-time role requires 30+ hours per week including weekends and holidays, with physical demands involving heavy lifting and extended stationary periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified or have food handler permit as required by state or local health department
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Must be able to reach above eye level
- Must have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
