Job Summary
Oversee all Coffee employees at the Grand Central store kiosk in Pacific Heights, maintaining positive relationships with team members and store departments. Provide consistent quality beverages while assisting staff in building expertise to accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations. Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of the interior and exterior. Manage flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- previous coffee and supervisor/management experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- demonstrate professionalism and be detailed oriented
- work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays
- be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day
- Seating: Up to 1 hours per day
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day
