Job Summary
Greets guests, takes orders, and prepares coffee or espresso beverages. Operates a cash register, handles payments, and stocks the counter with supplies. Cleans service areas, monitors inventory, and ensures daily food presentation and cleanliness standards. Leads a team of Baristas and Shift Leads, assists with training, and schedules associates to manage labor costs. Develops promotional ideas and implements organizational policies while maintaining a professional image. Inspects the space daily and follows through on guest requests or complaints.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in Hotel Food & Beverage Management experience or other successful F&B service industry
- intermediate knowledge of subject matter
- good interpersonal skills
- good team leader
- ability of keeping the associates motivated
- good written as well as verbal communication skills
- incredibly friendly customer-centric love to smile and have FUN in a team environment
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
