Job Summary
Operate a high-volume coffee shop during peak rushes, preparing flawless espresso drinks, sandwiches, and maintaining immaculate store standards while managing the till with total accuracy. Guide guests on product knowledge, handle customer feedback with ownership, and collaborate closely with the wider hotel team to promote seasonal specials. Minimize waste, ensure food hygiene compliance, and remain calm under pressure to deliver personalized service. You will work a fast-paced schedule with on-call rotation, supported by complimentary gym memberships, hotel stays, and substantial food and drink discounts.
