Job Summary
Barista Trainer role supporting the Starbucks operation at Macy’s with leadership over shift execution, customer service excellence, food and beverage preparation to Starbucks standards, and staff coaching. Responsibilities include training and motivating associates, maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards, leveraging forecasts and reports to support monthly profitability, assisting in inventory and ordering, and upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years related experience, with ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. This full-time position is located in Las Vegas at Macy’s Fashion Show, NV, US.
