Job Summary
Lead and train Starbucks team under Macy's in-store operation; ensure adherence to Food Division Standards; provide on-going training, feedback, coaching; prepare and present drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar and pastries to Starbucks standards; maintain merchandise presentation, signing standards, and speed of service; monitor food quality using checklists; foster a positive work environment and collaborate with store management; assist in ordering and inventory, budgeting, and payroll processes; ensure safety, sanitation, and equipment care; utilize sales forecasts and reports to support monthly profit goals; participate in menu item preparation and overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
