Job Summary
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, lattes, and cappuccinos while crafting latte art and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Engage with guests to take orders, provide beverage recommendations, and handle cash transactions accurately. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and freshness. Upsell pastries, snacks, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a friendly, efficient service style that makes every guest feel welcomed. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays within the Grand Bohemian Orlando coffee shop.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Davidson Hospitality Group is a drug free workplace. Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful
