Starbucks Barista at Target store: Deliver a consistent Starbucks guest experience, greet and assist guests, help with beverage and food preparation to recipe specifications, maintain food safety and OSHA guidelines, manage in-store tasks including replenishment, signing, inventory accuracy, and support drive-up and order-pickup processes. Must be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and operate cash register with attention to detail; prior Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required. Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, and commitment to customer service excellence.
