Job Summary
Greet guests within 10 feet, initiate warm interactions, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications while monitoring temperature-sensitive items and recording cleaning tasks. Execute food and beverage processes including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing for all areas. Support the Drive Up process to fulfill digital orders accurately and maintain an inviting dining area. Complete required training and certifications related to quality control and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
- Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and conditions; where common allergens may also be handled or present
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
