Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests to provide quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations. Execute food and beverage processes including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety standards, and promotional signing while maintaining an inviting dining area. Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control and maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
- Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
- Reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
