Prepare coffee shop beverages and food items to standard recipes, operate the cash register, and process payments while delivering courteous customer service. Maintain a clean, organized station; stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise; assist customers with questions, promotions, and loyalty programs; follow PPE and food safety guidelines, and support other departments as needed. Knowledge of store programs, coupons, and in-store promotions; strong verbal communication and basic arithmetic skills are required. The role is part-time and located at the Holland, MI location. May involve lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods, with typical retail environment conditions.
