Job Summary
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Engage with all guests to build rapport by discovering and responding to their needs, ensuring quality service, cash-handling, and store safety. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality while communicating clearly with professionalism. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older

- Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to understand and complete oral and written instructions; request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with all guests and team members
