Job Summary
Deliver the OTG Starbucks experience to all guests by prioritizing their needs, providing quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Assist with new crew training through positive reinforcement and respectful coaching while communicating product shortages or equipment issues to the manager immediately. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, operate kitchen equipment including espresso machines, and maintain a neat appearance. Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays during inclement weather, standing for extended periods and lifting 35 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fully conversational in English
- Able to lift 35 pounds in weight
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, coffee brews ovens, and blenders
