Job Summary
Barista at Kowalski’s/Starbucks opening shift, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, part-time, 20-35 hours/week, year-round. Responsibilities include preparing coffee and refreshments following Starbucks recipes, memorizing drink sequences for consistency, delivering friendly customer service, maintaining hygiene per state health codes, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, organization, and interest in product knowledge; weekend and some holidays may be required. Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
