Job Summary
Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean environment. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient customer service, processing orders, preparing and stocking Starbucks products, engaging with customers, using suggestive selling techniques, and following food safety procedures. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Food service experience is a plus, but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
