Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous customer service to Food City shoppers while delivering the Starbucks experience. Take orders, prepare and stock beverages/products, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and engage customers with product information using suggestive selling techniques. Operate POS cash register, follow recipe and presentation standards, adhere to food safety policies, and uphold store culture and safety procedures. Must be able to work on-site during scheduled shifts and demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
