Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient Starbucks beverage and product service at Food City by taking orders, preparing and presenting coffee, tea, and food items, maintaining a clean environment, and operating the POS system. Deliver quality beverages and products while adhering to recipe and presentation standards, engaging customers with product information, and upholding food safety procedures and company values. Maintain a positive attitude, follow safety and time-attendance policies, and support the store’s mission to run the best store in town. Flexible, part-time schedule with on-site shifts in Dandridge, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Service/Coffee experience a plus, but not required
- Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Learn the ingredients that go into various products
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
