Provide prompt customer service and prepare/serve Starbucks beverages and food items, including bagging, pouring, and stocking, while following recipes, quality standards, and safety procedures. Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor, engage with customers using suggestive selling, operate the POS system, and uphold Food City and Starbucks culture and mission during on-site shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Service/Coffee experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
