Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous Starbucks customer service at Food City by taking orders, preparing beverages and food products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Follow recipes and presentation standards, operate the POS system, engage customers with product information and suggestive selling, and uphold food safety procedures and time/attendance policies. Demonstrate integrity and teamwork to support the store mission and the Starbucks experience for shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Service/Coffee experience a plus, but not required
- Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Learn the ingredients that go into various products
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
