Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, preparing beverages and food items, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, and engaging with customers. Take orders, process transactions at the POS, follow recipes and presentation standards, upsell products, and ensure product quality and safety through proper handling. Demonstrate integrity and teamwork, and attend on-site shifts in accordance with attendance policies. Learn to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products and understand the ingredients that go into different beverages and foods. Follow food safety programs and procedures throughout all duties.
