Job Summary
Provide prompt service and prepare a variety of Starbucks beverages and food products for Food City shoppers. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment, handle cash transactions via POS, upsell items using product knowledge, and adhere to recipe and presentation standards. Demonstrate integrity, follow safety and food-handling procedures, and attend scheduled on-site shifts. Learn to mix coffee and tea products and work with a range of ingredients including coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces and oils. Engage with customers, offer product information, and sample products while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
