Job Summary
Prepare quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe standards and health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow operational policies for cash handling and store safety. Act with integrity to promote company culture, assist with new partner training, and recognize individual and team accomplishments. Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Daily pay is available through ZayZoon.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
