Job Summary
Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and grab-and-go items while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Reserve Coffee Shop. Handle cash transactions, record customer orders, and replenish inventory as scheduled. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and strictly abide by state sanitation and health regulations. Adhere to operational policies, punctuality, and attendance requirements. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in guest service
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Ability to do basic arithmetic
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English, Spanish is a plus
- Previous guest relations training
