Job Summary
Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, espresso bar, and pastry stations while producing freshly prepared products following Starbucks recipes and speed of service standards. Maintain PAR stock levels, follow merchandising standards, and keep work areas compliant with Health Department regulations. Execute the Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills to educate and serve customers on craveable food and beverage products. Open and close areas per checklist, verify completion with the Manager on Duty, and maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code. Perform other duties as needed while fostering an environment of acceptance and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
