Job Summary
Provide guests with prompt, friendly service by determining their coffee interests and explaining the drink menu. Prepare quality beverages and food products consistently while adhering to recipe standards and sanitation guidelines. Record drink orders accurately, process payments, and manage inventory replenishment. Wash and sterilize equipment, maintain cleanliness in all station areas, and report maintenance issues to the manager. Execute with operational integrity in a fast-paced, high-demand environment by anticipating problems and adapting to changes. Work as one team, demonstrating personal accountability and constructive communication to meet expectations and goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills
- Proficient selling skills, including the ability to ask questions, listen, and make product recommendations
- Proficient merchandising skills including fresh and appealing displays in service, self-service and bakery areas and effective cross merchandising throughout the store
- Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards
