Prepare beverages and food according to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and control costs. Maintain clean, organized work areas by setting up the bar and back bar per established procedures. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Perform pre and post-shift side work including stock service and making coffee.
