Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele while accurately making all drinks to Starbucks specifications. Maintain a clean and well-organized kiosk by stocking supplies from the backroom, keeping counters and tables ready for customer use, and ensuring the space is prepared for the next barista. Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge and complete required Initial Store Training. Successfully follow all company guidelines regarding product shelf life, proper cash handling techniques, and dress code policies. This medium work requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert significant force frequently, and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
