Job Summary
In the role of Starbucks Assistant Team Leader, you will ensure coffee and food products are prepared and displayed according to Company standards while promoting sales and customer service in the Starbucks department. You will assist in training and developing team members, oversee department operations, enforce quality control and food safety standards, and engage in suggestive selling initiatives. The position requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and skills in inventory management and coffee operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- One or more years of related experience
- Food Handler certification
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Starbucks Barista Basics Training Program
- Additional recommended Starbucks leadership training
