Forecast labour, manage budgets, and analyse data to drive commercial performance while coaching staff and ensuring flawless guest experiences during high-volume rushes. Lead the team on the floor, handle customer issues, and maintain strict adherence to food safety and cash handling protocols. Work flexible shifts including early starts, evenings, and weekends alongside the Store Manager and hotel departments.
