Job Summary
Assist the Starbucks Manager in the overall daily operations of the Starbucks department, drive sales and profitability to meet department budgets, control labor and other costs, supervise and develop associates, maintain service quality and product freshness, manage scheduling and coverage, handle customer service interactions, ensure food safety and compliance, lead merchandising and plan-o-grams, and coordinate training and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail and/or Starbucks operations, including at least 1 year as an assistant Starbucks manager
- Completion of Starbucks All Store Training program
