Job Summary
Stanton ISD is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to plan, coordinate, and supervise the athletic training program for student athletes under the athletic director. Responsibilities include implementing an injury and illness prevention program, providing athletic training and emergency care, attending practices and contests, guiding rehabilitation and return-to-play progress, selecting protective equipment, and maintaining communication with students, parents, medical staff, coaches, and other personnel. Required duties emphasize injury prevention, physical conditioning, therapeutic modalities, and supervision of student assistants, with a focus on professional, ethical care in a school Athletics setting. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a valid TDLD license, plus CPR/AED certification.
