Job Summary
As a Stansoperatör, you will be responsible for operating your own stamping machine during your shift, manufacturing products from raw materials to finished goods. The role requires attention to detail and a holistic understanding of the manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include teardown, setup, and production of the stamping machine, ensuring compliance with medical technology standards for quality measurements and documentation. Candidates should have a technical background, be solution-oriented, and possess good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Previous experience in machine operations and knowledge of adhesives or PET materials is advantageous.
Required Qualifications

- Good understanding of quality and precision
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in machine operation or setup
- Knowledge of adhesive and various PET materials
- Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
