Job Summary
Full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician sought for an on-site clinic in Pleasanton, CA. Practice model is community-based with options for 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week; clinicians see 18-20 patients per day. Schedule runs M-F 8 am-5 pm with a physician-led multispecialty Medical Group and shared light call (telephone calls only with RN triaging). Benefits include access to Stanford Medicine Faculty physicians, competitive compensation with a base salary guarantee up to $310,000 plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, forgivable loan program up to $200,000, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and EPIC EMR. On-site presence is required; the position is part of a partnership with Stanford Medicine in a physician-led network.
