Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician needed in a Stanford Medicine-affiliated clinic in Pleasanton, CA. Community-based outpatient practice with options for 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week; clinicians see 18-20 patients per day. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Team includes 20 providers (14 PCPs, 3 specialists, 3 NPs). Full-spectrum medicine with pediatric care included; no Ob/Gyn. Shared light call (telephone) with RN triage. Access to Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty physicians. Competitive compensation with 2-year base salary guarantee up to $310,000 plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, forgivable loan program up to $200,000, and robust comprehensive benefits.
