Job Summary
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician needed for a community-based clinic in Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities include treating adult patients in a primary care setting with 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week (M-F, 8 am-5 pm), seeing 18-20 patients daily, and participating in a shared light call schedule (telephone triage with RN). The role offers on-site collaboration within a Stanford Medicine-affiliated network, access to EPIC EMR, and opportunities to work with a diverse patient population. Compensation includes a base salary guarantee up to $310,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, forgivable loan options, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage. The clinic benefits from a large multidisciplinary team and affiliation with Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BC/BE)
- MD or equivalent physician degree
- on-site presence in Pleasanton, CA
- license to practice medicine in California or eligible to obtain
- experience with primary care and adult medicine
- ability to see 18-20 patients per day
- wRVU-based productivity incentives and 2-year base salary guarantee up to $310,000
