Job Summary
Full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician needed in Pleasanton, CA, to join University Medical Partners in partnership with Stanford Medicine. Clinic-based, community-centric practice model with 32–36 patient-facing hours per week, seeing roughly 18–20 adult patients daily. Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a shared light call schedule (telephone calls only with RN triage) and access to Stanford Medicine Faculty physicians. Benefits include competitive compensation with a base salary guaranteed up to $310,000, productivity bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, forgivable loan program up to $200,000, extensive benefits, CME allowances, EPIC EMR, and physician-led multispecialty support. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- MD (or DO) physician
- California medical license or eligibility
- Ability to see 18-20 patients per day

- Clinic hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Experience in primary care with adult medicine
- Ability to participate in light call with RN triage
