Job Summary
Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician position in Pleasanton, CA. Community-based practice with 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week; clinicians see 18-20 patients daily. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Shared light call (telephone only with RN triage) distributed among physicians. Access to Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty physicians and a physician-led multispecialty Medical Group; EPIC EMR. On-site presence required with accommodations considered case-by-case. Competitive compensation package includes base salary up to $310,000, Quarterly wRVU productivity incentive bonus, up to 10% annual performance incentives, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance, Forgivable Loan up to $200,000, comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME allowance, and other perks. Relocation assistance and robust benefits package are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BC/BE)
- MD
- Medical license to practice in California
- On-site presence requirement
- Access to Stanford Medicine resources (EPIC EMR, Stanford Faculty)
- Clinic operates M-F 8am-5pm
- Ability to see adult patients, pediatric patients in Family Medicine
