Job Summary
Clinic-based Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician needed in Pleasanton, CA. 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week with 18-20 patients seen daily. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Part of a larger group with 20 providers (14 PCPs, 3 specialists, 3 NPs); shared light call (telephone only with RN triage). Practice offers full-spectrum medicine (Family Medicine includes pediatric care; no Ob/Gyn). Collaboration with Stanford Medicine Faculty physicians and access to EPIC EMR. Opportunities include affiliation with Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty and a robust benefits package, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, forgivable loan program, and incentives based on productivity. On-site role with a compensation package including a two-year base salary guarantee up to $310,000 and additional quarterly productivity incentives up to 10% and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician (BC/BE)
- Full-time commitment
- Ability to see 18-20 patients per day
- M-F 8 am-5 pm clinic hours
- On-site presence in Pleasanton, CA
