Job Summary
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician needed for a Pleasanton, CA clinic. Full-time role with 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week, seeing about 18-20 patients daily. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with a shared light call schedule (telephone calls triaged by RN). Opportunities include access to Stanford Medicine Faculty and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation includes a base salary guarantee up to $310,000 with productivity incentives, annual performance bonuses up to 10%, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a forgivable loan program, plus extensive benefits (401k, CME allowance, health/dental/vision, malpractice coverage, gym membership, etc.). On-site presence required; remote not available.
