Job Summary
Coordinate new site registrations with the Gewerbeamt and IHK, oversee inspections, and manage spatial and technical setup for training locations. Serve as on-site site lead in Bochum, ensuring daily operational flow while acting as the primary contact for Berlitz, co-working spaces, and internal teams. Plan course schedules, practice terms, and exam dates in alignment with student success, handling all participant registrations and cancellations. Maintain strict compliance with IHK and AZAV regulations, supporting audits and developing standardized location processes documented in Notion. Manage multiple parallel sites and deadlines with high ownership and precision.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Office- oder Standort-Management
- Kenntnis der Anforderungen an den Aufbau und den operativen Betrieb von Standorten
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch (C1 bis C2) in der Schrift- und mündlichen Kommunikation
