Job Summary
Lead the establishment of a new logopedic practice from the ground up, designing operational structures and defining the therapeutic direction. Build and develop a growing team by identifying strengths and fostering professional growth while collaborating closely with the practice leadership and support staff. Integrate your expertise to launch an in-house training platform and refine workflows for therapy, team collaboration, and organization. Work within a modern, well-equipped environment supported by dedicated resources for scheduling, billing, and patient acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logopäde (m/w/d) oder Studium der akademischen Sprachtherapie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logopädie
