Job Summary
Organize schedules, conduct client and contract meetings, maintain databases, advise students, and coordinate on-site teaching staff. Coordinate the location jointly with another lead person for 3-4 days weekly, approximately 5 hours daily, with core working hours between 12 and 17. Manage hours, on-call rotation, and compensation details as outlined in the full application process. This role supports CAPiTO's mission of providing individual after-school education for children aged 7 to 20 within a friendly, flat-structured team.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Organisation und Leitung eines Teams oder Standorts
- Pädagogisches Verständnis und Freude an Arbeit mit SchülerInnen, Eltern und Lehrkräften
- Organisationstalent und Eigenverantwortung, insbesondere bei Stundenplanung, Personal- und Standortorganisation
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung des Standorts
- an 3-4 Tagen in der Woche mit ca. 5 Stunden am Tag
- Kernarbeitszeit zwischen 12 und 17 Uhr
