Job Summary
Operate and manage the high-traffic bakery branch in Fribourg, driving sales and cost targets while leading team recruitment, development, and daily production involvement. Ensure the storefront meets hygiene, safety, and quality standards through active customer service and relationship management. Handle administrative duties and maintain operational efficiency in this 100% vegan bakery, the first complete vegan bakery in Switzerland. Full-time role starting September 2026 with a fixed-term contract including 5 weeks vacation and 13th-month salary.
Required Qualifications
- EFZ-Abschluss
- mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie
- Wirtepatent oder Abschluss Hotelfachschule
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
- Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Menschen sowie hohe Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
