Job Summary
Coordinate the implementation of the Kleeblatt care and support concept, ensuring nursing quality across professional, legal, and economic aspects. Manage nursing documentation, planning, contract creation, and cost estimates while designing efficient staff schedules in compliance with regulations. Lead and motivate your team using Kleeblatt leadership principles and represent the facility with clients, family members, staff, and carriers. Conduct tours as needed. Requires two or more years of experience as a nursing professional, ideally with a nursing service management certification. Full-time role with TVöD compensation including annual bonus and performance premium.
