Job Summary
Support product planning, documentation, and coordination while coordinating new feature launches and market initiatives across stakeholders. Create and maintain product collateral, messaging, and value propositions to ensure information is accurate and accessible. Analyze market, customer, and product data to identify adoption opportunities and deliver insights that inform product decisions and the evolution of Swift's Standards approach. Manage KPI monitoring and support engagement activities to drive future strategy. This internship provides hands-on exposure to product management fundamentals, go-to-market execution, and financial services industry standards within a global organization of over 12,000 banking partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Curious and eager to learn
- Proactive self-starter
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple activities simultaneously
- Strong team player
- Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
