Standardized Patient - Nursing Education

Part-time Standardized Patient role at Grand Canyon University’s Lake Mary campus. Portray all aspects of patient scenarios with accuracy and reliability, provide written and face-to-face feedback to nursing students and supervising faculty, accept ongoing feedback, and respond to emails in a timely manner. Training will be provided. Simulations run 5–6 hours, starting at 7:30am, with an estimated 5–12 hours per week when simulations are scheduled. Compensation is $27 per hour. Employment requires a High School Diploma and reliable transportation to the Lake Mary facility; schedule is flexible and appointments are provided in advance. The role supports the University’s mission and diversity initiatives and includes pre-employment screening (background check).
