Job Summary
Remote, HRIS-focused role overseeing and configuring Coupa HRIS-related processes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, mapping business processes, configuring integrations, evaluating data conversion, collaborating with IT on system feeds, conducting HRIS data audits (security, foundation setup, compensation, open enrollment, performance management), and preparing/training others on SOPs and system functionality. Develops custom reports and dashboards with HR and business management to identify trends and support decision-making. Ensures global data integrity through business processes and quality control, and develops/fixes code based on BRDs, FSDs, and TDDs. Oversees design, delivery, and administration of HRIS, partnering with IT Business Applications to support configuration, upgrades, and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, MIS, or related field
- 2+ years supporting HRIS systems including ATS, Performance Management, LMS, and payroll modules
- Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Visio, and SharePoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)
- Experience in project management and end-to-end global HR technology-related projects
- Experience with construct metric dashboard and custom reporting
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes; understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing
